Billing-wise, honestly, yes — you're charged quarterly or annually, and you can cancel anytime. But what you're paying for is a membership: the wines are the rhythm, and the standing relationship with ten restaurants is the point.

Members get VIP access to reservations at any Simms restaurant — book through the member portal in your account, or reach out to the club team and we'll take care of you. It works on Saturdays. That's the point.
